Mr. Lomax was bom May 27,1939, in Kansas City, Mo. He moved to Portland in 1958 and was a distributor for The Oregonian. In 1971, he married Juanita Johnson. Survivors include his wife; daughter, Felicia Johnson; stepdaughter, Tina Marie W illiams; stepsons, Kenneth Johnson Jr. and Anthony L. Johnson; 19 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
