(HAP), 4400 NE Broadway, Suite B, Portland, Oregon 97213, until
seven apartments into five ADA accessible units, relocate the
manager’s office and create a new community room at the
Medallion Apartments, Shortly thereafter, bids will be opened and
publicly read. The First Tier Subcontractor List, HAP-421,
must be received by 4:00 p.m. the same day No bidder may
withdraw their bid after the hour set for opening until after the
lapse of sixty (60) days from the bid opening.

by beating Sandy, 51-
29. The championship
team now advances to a
national qualifying
tournament next month
in Eugene.
The basic work consists of: masonry, concrete and carpentry work,
new windows, gypsum board, ceramic tile, kitchen and bath
cabinetry, flooring, decorative epoxy flooring, painting, concrete
work, plumbing, suspended ceiling installation, mechanical and
electrical work.
Bid Documents are available at the HAP Office noted above, on
Monday March 8, 2004; A $50 deposit for one set and $20
(twenty) for each additional set is refundable when documents
are returned within 10 days after bid opening.

Attendance of bidders is mandatory at a pre-bid tour of the
project at Medallion Apartments, 1969 NW Johnson St. Portland,
OR. 97209. At 19:00 am Tuesday March 16, 2004 Questions
posed during the tour, not addressed in the documents, will be
answered by addendum.

NCAA title as a coach, and Dick
Vitale won a legion of dedicated
fans as a broadcaster.
All could add a new honor soon:
Basketball Hall of Fame member.
They are among 16 finalists for
this year’s Hall class. The new mem­
bers will be announced April 5 at the
