All bids shall be addressed to the attention of the Procurem ent

Procurem ent Services.M anager, 610 Esther Street, 2nd Floor. Bids
shall be placed in an Envelope which is sealed and which clearly
states the nam e of the bidder, the date o f the bid opening, and

The City of Vancouver is committed to providing equal opportunities

opening thereof, unless the award of contract is delayed for a
period exceeding forty-five (45) days.
