O ct 15, 2003 — After the Washington, DC area sniper case
was solved, the big question was who was going to play former
Portland Police Chief Charles Moose, the police officer who led
the investigation, in the movie. The answer came when actor
Charles Dutton played Moose in “DC Sniper: 23 Days of Fear"
on the USA Network.
