preventative maintenance and emergency servicing of elevators
escalators and stage lifts at the following facilities.

All facilities are located in Portland Oregon.
The elevators are a mixture of passenger and freight, with some
hydraulic and traction style elevators as well as screwjack stage
lifts and a seat lift. There are a total of 39 elevators and 14
escalators. Complete details concerning the equipment and the
services required can be found in the request for proposal.
Potential proposers may obtain proposal documents from the
Contracts and Purchasing Division at the following address or by
calling 503-797-1613. Sealed proposals must be delivered to
the Contracts and Purchasing Division at Metro, 600 NE Grand,
Portland, Oregon 97232-2736, to the attention of Pam Juett.

There will be a m a n d a to ry site walk-through of all sites (except
Expo which is optional). All contractors must attend one walk
through of each of the six required facilities. The mandatory site
