Illusionistic spectacle dominates

“ B iglittlethings,” w hich opens
W ednesday, D ec. 3 and runs
through Sunday, Dec. 28.
A mix o f masks, special effects,
outlandish costumes and original
music make "Biglittlethings" a won­
der of visual enchantment. Oper­
atic ducks, hitchhiking rabbits in­
somniac hippos, hungry anteaters,
metamorphosizing butterflies and
spies in dresses are a few o f the
madcap characters that inhibit the
imaginary world of the stage.
