subcontractor Proposers is critical to the successful completion
ofthe new Swan Island Pumpstation. Impregilo Healy JV is seeking
to establish pre-qualified Mechanical and Electrical Construction
firms or joint ventures (Proposers) with demonstrated experience
in mechanical and electrical construction projects over $15 million
construction value. It is the desire of Impregilo Healy JV that this
contract be performed as a combined mechanical, plumbing and
electrical subcontract.

This request for qualifications process will result in the approval
of a short list of qualified Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical
Proposers.
The Request for Qualifications, dated October 10,2003, outlines
the terms and conditions and the required documentation and
submittals for the pre-qualification process in this project. Request
for Qualifications may be obtained from:

Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be received until 11:00
A.M. Friday, November 21, 2003.
Responses received after
time or date listed above shall not be considered. There will be no
exceptions and Proposers are expected to allow sufficient time
for unexpected events that might delay the receipt of their
submittal. If SOQ is mailed, sufficient time must be allowed for
delivery by the submittal time. Fax submittals and postmarks will
not be recognized as a timely submittal.

the Metropolitan and State Transportation Improvement Programs. These projects conform to comprehensive land use and
transportation planning in the area The Wilsonville to Beaverton Commuter Rail Project will displace two business properties on
SW lombard north of Canyon Road, and potentially one business property in the Washington Square area.
