at the Oxbow Regional Park located at 3010 SE Oxbow Parkway,
Gresham, OR 97080. Sealed Bide must be delivered to
Metro, Regional Parks and Qreonspaces Department, 600

Eco pavers for handicap access travel areas; utilities connections
for the restrooms including 2" diameter PVC water lines, electrical
power conduits, 2" diam eter PVC sewer force mains, septic &
dosing tanks for each restroom and septic system pumps, filters,
floats, and control panels; design/build site electrical including a
radio controlled central monitored alarm system at the four unit
restroom and one picnic shelter. Installation of sewage pump
control panels and conduit and wire to restroom panels and pumps
and floats, restroom meter bases, and other conduit and wiring
necessary for fully functioning electrical systems for the project
and all necessary coordination with restroom manufacturer and
local utility provider; and the construction of three 40' by 24 ‘
heavy tim ber picnic shelters with standing seam metal roofs,
concrete floors and 8” CMU seating walls with manufactured river
rock exterior veneer and pre-cast concrete seating caps.
The Economic Feasible Units (EFU's) identified for the MBE/WBE/
ESB program by Metro for this project are demolition, excavation,
utilities, electrical, concrete, heavy tim ber fram ing and metal
roofing.
A Pre-Bid Conference for prospective Bidders will be conducted at
the Oxbow Regional Park maintenance building located at 3010
SE Oxbow Parkway, Gresham, OR 97080 on July 16, 2003 at
10:00 am. Attendance at this m eeting is mandatory for all
potential prime bidders to comply with Metro's Minority, Women-
Owned and Emerging Small Business Enterprise Program. A site
visit is planned following the meeting.
Drawings and Specifications may be examined at the Regional
Parks and Greenspaces Department in the Metro Regional Center.
Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained at Regional
Parks and Greenspaces Department or by calling (503) 797-1870.
Metro reserves the right to reject all Bids or any Bids not conforming
to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents, to reject for
good cause any and all Bids upon a finding of Metro that it is in the
