REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Gresham’s Parks & Recreation Division is seeking the
services of a qualified consultant or team of consultants to provide
and coordinate the planning, design, engineering and construction
contract administration of the development of a Cultural Arts
Center in historic downtown Gresham, The City invites qualified
individuals or firms to submit proposals based upon the scope of
work contained in the RFP.
SEALED PROPOSALS, in writing, will be received by Scott Jury, CPPB,
Buyer, City of Gresham, Purchasing Office, 1333 NW Eastman
Parkway, Gresham, Oregon 97030, until Thursday, June 12,2003
at 3:00 PM local time at which time they will be opened publicly,
but not read aloud. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted.
Late proposals will be returned to the vendor unopened.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, May
29, 2003 at 10:00 AM in the Barlow Conference Room at
Gresham City Hall.
Specifications are on file with, and may be obtained from the
Purchasing Office, City of Gresham, 1333 NW Eastman Parkway,
Gresham, Oregon 97030, and (503) 618-2376. Specifications
can also be obtained from the City's website www.ci.gresham.or.us
