Contractors and subcontractors must be licensed for asbestos
abatement work if the project involves working with asbestos as
set forth in ORS 468A.720.

Construction Contractors Board as required by ORS 701.055 or
licensed by thé State Landscape Contractors Board as required by
ORS 671.530.

All contractors must submit a form in its bid submission or within
four (4) working hours after bid closing listing all first tier
subcontractors supplying labor, or labor and materials with a

base bid, but at least $15,000, or 2) $350,000 regardless of the
| percentage.
In addition to the sealed bids, all contractors must complete and
submit all the supplied forms for Metro’s MBE/WBE/ESB Program
(Good Faith Efforts) and for listing first tier subcontractors, in a
separate envelope, within four (4) hours of bid closing (or before
i 3:00 p.m.). All other Bid Forms must be filled out and included

Metro Code provisions 2.04.100 and 200 require all Bidders/
