for design of a Living Learning Center scheduled to open in fall
2005 on the University of Oregon campus in Eugene, Oregon. The
selection and retention of the consultant will be accomplished in
accordance with the Oregon State Board of Higher Education's
Administrative Rule OAR 580-050-0020.
Briefly, the work as currently envisioned consists of roughly 400 to
450 beds of student residence hall housing, instructional space,
