2 003/2004. These Action Plans will describe how federal funds,

developm ent resources will be used in the coming year to address
the priority need s and objectives established in the approved
Consolidated Plan 2001-2005. Before issuing proposed FY 2003/

No bid will be considered unless accom panied by a surety bond,
certified check, or a cashiers check payable to Multnomah County
for the am ount equal to ten percent (10% ) of the aggregate
proposal. The successful bidder shall furnish a bond satisfactory

M ultnom ah County reserves the right to reject any bid not in

or less. Qualified contractors who are interested in being included
on the 2003 Small Works Roster should subm it a Contractor's
Qualification Form to the City of Camas, Attention Ronda Syverson,
at 616 NE 4th Avenue, PO Box 1055, Camas, Washington 98607.
Contractor Qualification Forms are available at the Cam as Public
Works Departm ent.
The areas of work included on the roster are general contracting,
underground utilities, asphalt paving, cem ent concrete, building
co n stru ctio n , co m m u n ica tio n s, ea rth w o rk /ro ck e xca va tio n ,
landscape/irrigation, fencing, boring, tapping, guardrail, electrical,
