Grant Bolsters Health Coalition Efforts DC Sniper Threatens Children

was k ille d in a shooting that ap
peared to be the w o rk o f the Wash-
ington-area sniper, police revealed
Tuesday they had received a mes
sage over the weekend w arning:
“ Y o u r children are not safe any
where at any tim e .”
The c h illin g message apparently
was discovered by police outside
a V irg in ia steakhouse where the
sniper c ritic a lly wounded a man

150 people in the firs t year, 250
