The Pamplin Project goal is to help groups of student leaders
make fundamental changes in their environment by working on
issues affecting their lives i.e., gangs, drugs and alcohol, and
violence). The Pamplin Coordinator is responsible for assisting
the student groups nurture and exercise their leadership skills
through activities and special projects. This is a full-time position.
This position reports to the High School Supervisor.
■ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A degree in education, social science, or related field preferred.
Extensive experience directly related to the job duties may be
substituted for education.
At least two years of direct social services experience, preferably
in an academic environment.
■ Ability to successfully connect with youth to motivate change in
their behavior and attitude.
■ Must be self-motivated, with good organizational skills.

weekends.
