Transit Tracker: “real time" displays showing when the next bus or train
will arrive at about 40 bus shelters and rail platforms.
Bus Preventive Maintenance: partial funding of TriMet's bus maintenance
costs for FY 2002.

Mental Health Specialist
Bus Purchase: approximately 13 replacement buses.
Transportation Demand Management (TMA): designed to reduce air
pollution by providing such services as carpool matching, vanpool
subsidies and outreach to employers.
Region 2040 Inltlatives/TMA: TriMet administered these funds and
contracts with group such as transportation management associations
to expand the core TDM program to focus on areas of regional
significance (such as regional centers, industrial areas and the central
city) in the Region 2040 Plan.
Interstate MAX Project: Funding to support the next phase of
construction of the Interstate MAX light rail extension.
All projects were selected through TriMet's planning process, which
incorporated public involvement and were included in the Metropolitan
and State Transportation Improvement Programs. These projects
conformed to comprehensive land use and transportation planning in
the area. No persons, families, or businesses were displaced by the
projects.
At the public hearing TriMet gave interested persons and agencies the
opportunity to comment on the social, economic, and environmental
impact of the projects. Comments were also submitted in writing to
the Grants Administrator at TriMet, 4012 SE 17tn Ave. Portland, OR
97214.

OR 97202. The Program of Projects described above constitutes
TriMet’s final FY02 & 5307, & 5309, Congestion Mitigation Air Quality
(CMAQ) and Surface Transportation Program (STP) Program of Projects.
Any amendment to this program will be duly advertised to the public.

with the successful Bidder for the dem olition and/or de-
construction of the Albina Christian Life Church Building. Building
must be removed to make room for the future expansion of the
PCC Cascade Campus. Work includes but is not necessarily limited
to the total removal of subject structure including below grade,
removal from site of all waste materials, and the compaction and
grading of the site, all in accordance to the strict requirements of
all City and Federal Codes. Refer to Section “B" on page 2 for

O ctober 7, 2002, @ 9:00 AM. State of Oregon Prevailing
Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts (ORS 279.350) shall be

by the Bureau of Labor & Industries (BOLI). A Performance and
Payment Bond will not be required unless the total bid exceeds
$50,000. Bid packages, including plan, are available for pick
up at the address listed above, or may be obtained by contacting

Bid Form provided in the bid package, and, if Bid exceeds
$50,000, must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to
