Briefly, the work includes a 38,000 SF addition and 25,000

on the UO cam pus.

follow the conference.
All bidders m ust com ply with ORS 279.348 - 279.365 relat
ing to prevailing wage rates, and ORS 279.029 relating to
resident or non-resident status. All bidders m ust be regis
tered with the Construction Contractors Board, as required by
O RS 701.035.
Bids will be received on a lump sum basis for all of the work.
No bid will be considered unless fully com pleted in the man
ner provided in the Division B- "Instructions to Bidders” upon
