Taking the lead in getting

giving help to those needing a
short-term job immediately that
can lead to permanent employ
ment.
Like many employment spe
cialists, Brister-Mashia sees
little im provem ent in the
economy. A greater turnaround
is likely to happen next year,
she explained. For many job
seekers, that’s sobering news.
Rising to the challenge, Brister
