DEMOLITION CONTRACTOR SERVICES RFP

clearly marked with the Proposer’s name, address, and RFP
name. Proposals will be received until, but no after, 2:00 PM
on June 14, 2002 by Portland Community College Procure

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is the initial step toward the
selection of a pre-qualified Pool of Demolition Contractors to
perform all services necessary to demolish and remove from
their sites up to fourteen houses located near PCC’s Cascade
Campus. These houses either have been purchased or are in
the process of being purchased by PCC to make room for the
future expansion o f the campus. The College intends to com
petitively quote the demolition of each house or specific groups
of houses exclusively to this pool once a house has been
identified to be demolished. The successful contractor will be
required to provide a guaranteed maximum price based on a
scope of work to be defined. Contracts will be awarded to the
lowest pool bidder for each added house/houses accordingly.
