The building consists of ap­ proximately 90 ,0 0 0 square feet on three floors with a partial basement area and a detached greenhouse and mechanical systems building of 3 ,3 6 0 square feet. In addition, approxi­ mately 31 ,3 0 0 square feet on three floors of the existing sci­ ence building will be seismically upgraded and remodeled into offices and classrooms. Estimated construction cost is approximately $24 M.
