Portland’s neighborhood parks will be the summertime stage for three Oregon Symphony concerts during the sixth annual ’‘Oregon Sym­ phony in the Neighborhoods,” a city-funded neighborhood revitalization projects incorporat­ ing local arts groups, community organizations and, this year, a used instrument drive for VH1 Save the Music. Two events, which incorporate afternoon fes­ tivities with Symphony performances conducted by Resident Conductor Murry Sidlin. will be held at Kenton Park on Sunday, Aug. 26.
