In 1 9 9 3 , the m unicipal w ater providers o f the Portland M etro­
politan area established the Columbia W illam ette W ater Conser­
vation C oalition (now known as the Regional W ater Providers
C on sortiu m C onservation C om m ittee) whose m ission is to fur­
th e r the role o f w ater conservation and e ffic ie n t w ater use re­
gion-wide.
The City o f G resham , on b ehalf o f the Regional W ater Providers
C onsortium C onservation C om m ittee, is accepting proposals
from firm s who are interested in contracting with individual agen­
cies to p erform the “W here’s R osie?” puppet show throughout
the region, to include updating a n d /o r constructing new set pieces
