The City o f Gresham plans to retain Landscape Architecture consult­
ing services for the Gresham Fairview Tnal (CIP Project No. 7 0 6 2 0 0 )
and the Kelly Creek Greenway Trail services to adm inister the comple­
tion o f the Gresham Fairview Trail M aster Plan; coordinate locations
of Public Access Easements across private properties for the Gresham
Fairview Trail; and, provide construction observations and construc­
tion a dm in istratio n se rvices for developm ent o f the Kelly Creek
Greenway Trail. This contract will require 6 5 0 hours of Landscape
Architect consultant services for the tim e period July 17, 2001 through
January 3 1 , 2 0 0 2 .
