to operate the following retail liquor stores:
A-19 Reedsport and A-176 Mapleton
STARTING DATE IS JULY 2, 2 0 0 1
We evaluate all applicants on background, knowledge and work experience in:
• Retail Business Management
• Inventory/'Cash Management
• Retail Sales
• Customer Service/Public Relations in a retail environment
The successful applicant must be able to:
• Enter into an agency agreement contract with the OLCC
• Qualify for a fidelity bond
• Negotiate the lease or purchase of the store location or propose a more suitable location serving the same community
subject to staff requirements
• Meet the operating expense of the agency
• Purchase the fixtures and equipment as specified in the agency information sheet
• Begin operation on the date specified above
Selected finalists will be notified and interviewed by the staff sere j.in g committee in Portland on May 23.2001. Final selection will be made by
the Commission, based on set criteria, at its public meeting in June 2001.
The appointed agent is an independent contractor for the State of Oregon. This person will operate the liquor store on behalf of the OLCC and
have no ownership or property rights in the agency. Only individuals may be appointed agents.

Mechanical and Electrical Systems.
Lease Crutcher Lewis, serving as the Construction Manager/General
Contractor (CM/GC) for the Hillsboro School District 1J is soliciting Quali­
fication to Bid Proposals for the Hillsboro Elementary School # 2 3 in
Hillsboro, Oregon. Terms and conditions of the proposals are outlined in
Lease Crutcher Lewis (C M /G C )" Request for Qualifications to Bid”, dated
April 26,2001, attached to and made a part of the Contract Documents.
Qualifications proposals will be received at the offices of Lease Crutcher
Lewis (CM/GC), 921 SW Washington Avenue, Suite 150, Portland, Or­
egon 97205, until 3:00 p.m, PDT, May 10, 2001 at which time the
proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Qualification propos­
als shall be clearly marked “Hillsboro Elementary School #23.
Work will consist of a new 75,000 square food Elementary School in
Hillsboro Oregon.
Building structure is to be steel and structural CMU block. School will
include standard classrooms, media/library center, administrative offices,
gymnasium w / stage, and kitchen/cafeteria. The total project construc­
tion cost is projected to be $9 million.

All subcontractors m ust comply with the requirements of the prevailing
wage law, ORS 279.350, licensed with the Construction Contractors
Board ORS 671.530, Resident status ORS 279.029. Bidders must
obtain a business license to perform work in the City of Hillsboro prior to
mobilizing on site.
Proposals will not be considered unless received by 3:00 p.m. PDT on
May 1 0 ,2 0 0 1 , and fully completed in the manner provided by the “Re­
quest for Qualifications to Bid”.
