Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (“Tri-Met”) will
hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2001, at
the North Portland Neighborhood Services Office in the Historic Kenton
Firehouse, 2209 N. Schofield, Portland, Oregon 97210; for the pur­
pose of discussing a proposal to create a conservation easem ent in
the area of the Forebay Slough, located between Portland International
Raceway and the Expo Center. The conservation easem ent would im­
pose limitations on activities at the site for the protection of wetlands.
Any interested party may appear at the hearing and present comment.
The Interstate MAX Light Rail Project is a 5.8-mlle line that will travel
from the Rose Quarter Transit Center along Interstate Avenue to the
Kenton Business District, and form there on Denver Avenue to the
Expo Center. Ten stations are located approximately every half-mile.
Trains on the Interstate MAX line will provide direct service from Expo
Center through downtown Portland to SW 10tn Avenue and back.

The City of Gresham plans to retain consulting services for the
Springwater Trail Phase V Development (CIP No. 706800). The ser­
vices shall include public meetings, surveying, design, preparation of
construction plans and specifications, preparation of development and
building permit applications, bidding services, construction observa­
tions, and construction administration for this approximately $450,000
project:
onstruction of the 63-vehicle Linnemann Junction trailhead,

port staff.
2.
Qualifications of the Firm. A summary of projects completed
by the form which are comparable to the project description, including
name and location of the project, date of the project, name and tele-
ihone number of general contractor and owner representative, and
lame of consultant’s manager on the project.
Qualifications of Project Personnel. The name, qualifications,
specific work experience of key personnel proposed for this project.
