The Urban Wheel Awards is a special time for
the staff at On Wheels, Inc. It is our opportu
nity to network with those companies and
individuals who seek diverse work environ
ments. No Japanese or European automakers
have ever won our Urban Wheel Company of
the Year Award. It's not because they aren't
trying. We believe long-time supporters like
Mike O'Driscoll at Jaguar, Pierre Gagnon at
Mitsubishi, Carlos Ghosn at Nissan and Jim
Press of Toyota have all created and expanded
on programs of inclusion in their workplaces.
Their efforts have not gone unnoticed.
