a public decision-m aking process and provide su pp ort for th is pro­
cess w ith developm ent o f w ater quality goals and an evaluation o f
various treatm ent technologies and sites available to meet water quality
goals and description o f the project, specific requirem ents and evalu­
ation criteria for the proposal may be obtained from the Bureau of
