of all client records for the Devel
opment Disabilities Division of the
Dept. of Community & Family Ser
vices, including paper and comput
erized records. Responsibilities
include maintaining the computer
ized master client index, protect
ing client confidentiality, and ensur
ing the quality of documentation
of client records according to fed
eral and state laws, regulations,
and professional standards. Re
quires two years of increasingly
responsible experience working
with medial records, including the
release of confidential record in
formation and subpoenas/court
orders and equivalent to an Asso
ciate Arts or Applied Science de
gree from an accredited college
with major coursework in medical
