O ther beneficial projects m ight include loan program s tied to fam ily w age jobs; housing loans for new and rehabilitated housing. O ther potential benefits m ight include streetscape im provem ents, pedestrian facilities, intersection im provem ents, historic preservation and added parks and open spaces in the Interstate Corridor.
