Portland Blvd. and Vancouver Ave. on June 23, 24 and 25. It is a production o f the Good in the Hood Community Outreach Project, a non-profit organization run totally by volunteers who seek to present the positive aspects of the N/NE Portland neighborhoods. T his Festival show cases the culturally rich resources inherent in the area. It also educates and bui Ids bridges with the greater metropolitan area.
