Prices
Showing up when we say we will is so important,
w e've included it in our Customer Service Guarantees.
If we set an appointment with you on a specific day,
we'll keep it. If we miss it, we'll credit your account $50.
When we say we're going to give you a certain level
of service, we mean it. And we're so serious about
holding ourselves accountable, if, for some reason, we
can't live up to a commitment, we'll pay you. Why?
First, to compensate you for any inconvenience. But,
more importantly, as a reminder to ourselves not to let it
happen again.
Guarantees. Uncommon for a power company.
But, then again, we're an uncommon company.
