T u esd a y , M a rc h 14.2000 for labor and materials for work at two high-rise
buildings w ithin the Portland area. Shortly thereafter, bids will be opened
and publicly read. N o bidder m ay w ithdraw their bid after the hour set for
opening until after the lapse o f sixty (60) days from the bid opening.
T he basic w ork consists o f the rem oval o f the existing carpet and pad, VCT
flooring, and cove base and the replacem ent w ith new. W ork will be
perform ed at all com m on areas per floor at each apartm ent building.
Bid docum ents are available at the HAP O ffice noted above. A $20 deposit
per set o f bid docum ents is requested and are refundable when docum ents

construction o f w ood boarding floats. Project is located at the M. Jam es
Gleason Boat Ramp, Colum bia River mile 109.4, a t4325 NE Marine Drive,
