And a “G” thing it was indeed.
Gigantic... groovy..... & but most
of all, genius. Why? Because,
when you bring together different
types of music genres on one stage,
in one night, for an “all ages”
accessed performance, anything can
could happen. And let’sjust say... it
did. Hhhmm..Better yet, let’s just
call Paul Allen’s KXJM’s Jammin
95.5 team .. .hmmm.. .gutsy.
From Blaques shiny suits, to Eve’s
four-inch heeled boots.. .the ladies
represented.
From chocolate covered serenades
(Tyrese) to orange suit wearing trio
brigades (Imx)...the men not only
pumped the weights o f lovely
physically fitness, they also allowed
the ladies to pump up the volume.
Was it because Immature matured
into the men of Imx that their now
inviting ladies to “Stay the Night.”
Or could it be that the G-Funk
represented in such grandiose style
that even I, a hip-hop junkie even
throw my hands up.
But it was the “G” funk era...the
gansta boogie..that made even East

Snoop let his fans know that no
matter who was flippin’ the bill for
this Rose Garden house party,
It’s was still Snoops house and he
was going to flip it westside style.
Thus, by the nights end, the
“Doggfather” himself, made sure
that he and his posse of dog pounds
were not only mans, but hip-hops
best friend.
With a surprise visit from the Chuck
Taylor A ll-star wearin Xzibit,
K.XJM pulled off another, and soon
to follow , round successful
collaborations ofhip-hop and R&B.
The crowd began head-bobbin’ to
the Cali-collabo of Snoops and
Xzibits “B Please”, all the way to
the most asked question of the
night with a title most fittingly
“What’s My Name?”
Yes it was...Snoop Doooggyyy
Doooggg!!!!
