bids for the Peguinarium HVAC replacement at the Oregon Zoo. work
includes but is not limited to layout and placement of improvements as
required by the bid specifications.
Mandatory pre-bid conference for prospective bidders and subcontractors
will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 17,1999 In the Oregon Zoo
Facilities Management Resources Room through Gate A, 4 0 0 1 SW Canyon
Road, Portland, Oregon 97221. Parking available in general public parking
lot only. Attendance at this meeting is required for all potential bidders and
subcontractors to comply with M etro's commitment to doing business wit
certified MBE, WBE & ESB businesses. A site visit is planned following the
