African American HIV/AIDS Candlelight Vigil The first annual African American HIV/AIDS Vigil, commemorating African Americans who are living or have died with HIV/AIDS will take place on Saturday, May 8. The event is being held on Mother’s Day Week end to honor and validate the mothers who have cared for and nurtured the sick, homeless, and marginalized members of our communities.
