the redevelopm ent o f an older com m ercial building located at 3 9 3 4 N t
M artin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. (the "W eimer Building") in Portland. Oregon.
PDC seeks proposals from developers or owners o f businesses who wish to
purchase the W eimer Building and make a com m itm ent to appropriate
redevelopm ent. Of primary im portance, the project is intended to support
goals and objectives expressed in the Albina Com m unity Plan and King
Neighborhood Plan and to furthe r the revitalization th a t is now occurring on
