T he first p ro n u n c ia tio n is re ­
form (ri-fo rm ) and the d e fin i­
tio n o f th is u sage o f refo rm -
a c c o rd in g to W e b ste r - is “ to

and d efects;” and “ to m ake b e t­
te r by p u ttin g a sto p to abuses

v o te - th e m o re e v id e n t it b e ­
com es th at w e ’re going to have
to R E -form A m erican p o litics.
