Papa ftlurphifr y r Three Indicted in Teen Prostitution Ring Portland Police Bureau Drug and Vice investigators have cul­ minated a month long investiga­ tion by indicting one man and two women for their roles in compelling and promoting pros­ titution involving at least five teenage girls from the Portland area, W ashington and C alifor­ nia.
