Ackerman Hall. Work includes installation of ownerfumished air
handling units; installation of new rooftop exhaust fan; complete

air handlers and terminal reheat units; control systems; and
equipment electrical connections.

services of a firm (Consultant) expert in Oregon multifamily

efforts of the PDC’s housing finance staff in the analysis of multi-
and single-family housing projects and preparation of financing
structures that utilize an optimum configuration of private and

In addition, PDC seeks assistance in the development of
