This concrete storm drain has been in place for approxim ately 50 years. The diam eter of this concrete line is 18 inches (250 feet); 21 inches (850 fe e t); and 24 inches for 100 feet. Manholes are spaced at approxim ately 250 feet. The City has viewed the condition of the line by television technique and noted serious cracking and deform ation. The consultant is to provide technical advice as to the structural integrity of the storm sewer. In the event that it is determ ined that the structural integrity is in jeopardy the consultant will evaluate alternatives m ethods to restore structural integrity. The consultant will provide final design, construction drawing and supplem ental specifications adequate for a construction contract to be executed by the City. The consultant will provide full-tim e construction observation for critical elem ents of the construction contract. Also, subm it a list of alternative personnel available to work on the project should any of they key personnel indicated be unavailable to work on this project.
