includes undoing o f belief sys­
tems. W e use “The W ork”, a
process brought from the awak­
ening o f Byron Katie. This pro­
cess asks one to take ow ner­
ship o f the beliefs that have
been so much a part o f per­
sonal m ake-up and asks one to
reflect “ W ho w ould you be
without your story?’ In that
reflection, beliefs are bound to
be peeled away as the layers of
an onion.
