the supply of RETAIL STORE FIXTURES for the Visitor
Services Division at the Metro Washington Park Zoo.

Sealed bids will be received at the Housing Authority of
Portland (HAP), 8910 N. Woolsey Avenue, Portland, Oregon
97203, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday April 16, 1998 tor labor,
materials, and services to construct a single story educ ational
and administrative facility located within the Columbia Villa
District. Shortly thereafter, bids will be opened and publicly
read. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for
opening until after the lapse of sixty (60) days from the bid
opening.
Hillsdale Terrace consists of 60 3 bedroom apartments in 8 2
and 3 story masonry buildings.
The basic work will include but not be limited to, Demolition and
renovation at trash enclosures, Installation of new mailbox
kiosks, Painting of all exterior building walls, attached vents
and guard rails etc., New closet doors at designated units, New
stair rails at designated units, New exhaust fans at designated
units, New electric base board units at designated units, New
kitchen cabinets at designated units, Renovation of interior
bathrooms, kitchen and classroom at the day care facility, New
awning at the day care facility, Installation of exhaust and
intake fans and new heating at day care facility.

(fifty) deposit for one set and $20 (twenty) for each additional
set is refundable when documents are returned within 10 days
after bid opening.

at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 3 1. 1998, Questions posed

OHSU is a rapidly-expanding clinical and research university. It is
Oregon's only academic health sciences center that has a statewide
mission to provide education, research, patient services and out
reach in the health profession. The institution employs more than
8500 people.
The qualified individual will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting,
advising and processing of all nursing applicants. This position
reports to the Employment Manager and will be accountable for job

The individual should possess a Bachelor s degree in Human
