Public Notice
Effective June 16, 1997, the Housing Authority of Portland
(HAP) will open the two bedroom waiting list for thirty days
(until July 15, 1997) for the Low Rent Public Housing Pro­
gram.
This waiting list has been closed since June 1,1996, to all but
the following:
* Families who qualify for priority placement due to terminal
illness; and,
* Families who are referred by agencies participating in the
Special Needs Housing and Services Program.
HAP has 641 two bedroom units and currently has 337
families on the waiting list for two bedroom housing assis­
tance. At the current turnover rate, this list represents a wait
of up to two years for some families. It is now necessary to
briefly open this waiting list to add names of interested
households for HAP’s two bedroom units.
Comments may be submitted in writing to the following
address and must be postmarked no later than June 13,
1997

The City of Stevenson is soliciting Statements of qualification
(RFQ) from qualified engineering consultants interested in
preparing the City's Twenty Year Water System Plan. The
Water Facility Plan shall minimally meet the requirements of
WAC 246-290-100 and WAC 248-54-065. The Facility Plan
must be completed and accepted by the Washington State
Dept. Of Health by March, 1998.
A brief description, scope of work and application package
