The Oregon Lottery is looking for someone experienced with in-side
sales and customer service to help staff the Lottery Store. The
successful candidate will sell Lottery game products, provide valida­
tion and redemption services, open and close the Lottery Store,
balance daily transactions, order Premium items, provide informa­
tion too players, provide support for Lottery promotions; assist in
developing long-term sales goals, developing premium item product
lines, developing an operations Manual, and providing coverage for
the Lottery's main reception desk. To qualify you must have three
years experience in customer service which included providing
| information about services and programs; explaining rules, pro­
grams, and procedures; and or providing assistance, explaining
requirements, and gaining compliance. Be specific is describing the
above experience on your application. Preference will be given to
previous retail buying experience. Prospective employees are sub­
ject to a background check which includes criminal history, the
gaming industry. Felony conviction or any gambling related offense
will automatically preclude an individual from employment with the
Oregon Lottery. If you qualify, submit a State of Oregon Application
Form (PD100) or an Oregon Lottery Employment Application and on
a separate sheet of paper describe how your experience relates
to the duties and responsibilities for this position (listed
