May is officially Older American
Month and among these Senior Cit
izens are many experienced workers
who want to return to the labor mar
ket. The matuer worker offers high
productivity, good attendance, old
fashioned work ethics and a wealth
o f experience. They bring good
judgement and ability to solve prob
lems quickly. Many successful com
panies have recognized the value o f
pre-screened experienced workers,
some o f which are bilingual and all
offer skills and knowledge capable
o f serving today’s business needs.
A AR P Senior Employment can give
you information on opportunities for
the mature workers and can make re

From corporate background, Bus
