feet) of two runways and two exit taxiways with asphalt
concrete; removing and replacing asphalt concrete on one

taxiway centerline lighting, runway and exit taxiway edge
lighting, and runway hold short lights; installing duct bank
crossing at Taxiway M and B-5; grading and seeding
runway and taxiway shoulders; and pavement grooving of
finished runway surface.
A prebid conference will be held at 1:30 p.m. on W ednesday,
April 17, 1996, at the temporary Aviation Construction office,
7495 N. E. Airport Way, Portland, Oregon to discuss all
phases of the work, work phasing, and project safety and

be the only time that the airfield will be available for site
