Judges will select 20 finalists who will receive $150 cash, an
overnight stay for two at Portland’s luxurious Benson Hotel,
and an invitiation to the Powerball Dream Banquet at the
Benson on Saturday, June 22, 1996, where the winners will
be announced.
RULES
Entries will be judged on originality, appropriateness and feasibility To qualify
for selection, entries must be completely filled out and legible, and the three
Powerball questions located on the entry form must be answered correctly. Essays
longer than 150 words will be disqualified. Powerball "Send Us Your Dream”
entries must be received by 5 PM, April 19, 1996 at the Lottery office in Salem to
qualify. Entries must be received by mail at PO Box 14280, Salem. OR 97309. or
in person at 2767 22nd St. SE in Salem. Participants must be 18 years of age and

at all Lottery Service Centers.
