To be eligible, fill out the Mega Man Registration
Form (see rules) and send it to the Oregon Lottery
office in Salem.
2. Play
Mega Man will go to a randomly drawn registered
player's home. If someone is there, and has a
Megabucks ticket for the next drawing - they'll
win Mega Man's $1,000 prize!
