The Portland Development Commission (PDC) seeks pro
posais from consultants for an economic and development
impact analysis of selected segments of the South/North
Light Rail (LRT) alignment. The goal of this effort is to
determine the short and long-term development and redevel­
opment potential likely to result with construction of alterna­
tive light rail alignments in North Portland.
It is expected that the makeup of the study team will include
the following disciplines: Market economist, project manage­
ment, urban design, urban planning, graphic art and public
facilitation.
A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Monday,
April 1, 1996, 1-3:30 p.m. in conference room A/B in the
Eugene Hotel Building at 244 E. Broadway, Eugene, Oregon.
