The Portland Development Commission (PDC) seeks pro
posais from consultants for an economic and development
impact analysis of selected segments of the South/North
Light Rail (LRT) alignment. The goal of this effort is to
determine the short and long-term development and redevel
opment potential likely to result with construction of alterna
tive light rail alignments in North Portland.
It is expected that the makeup of the study team will include
the following disciplines: Market economist, project manage
ment, urban design, urban planning, graphic art and public
facilitation.
A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Monday,
April 1, 1996, 1-3:30 p.m. in conference room A/B in the
Eugene Hotel Building at 244 E. Broadway, Eugene, Oregon.
