Multnomah Vista Ridge Tunnel (Illumination) Section of the
Sunset Highway (US 26) in Portland. 8% DBE
goal. DBE subject to commercially Useful Func­
tion (CUF) requirements. This project requires
the handling and disposal of hazardous m ateri­
al, including mercury-vapor fluorescent bulbs
and possibly PCB-containing ballasts. A Certi­
fied Industrial Hygienist (CIH) will be required
for all work relating to hazardous and/or con­
taminated substances. Illuminations.
Malheur
Harney County Line - Burns Jet. Section of the
Steens Highway northwest of Burns Jet. 6.5%
DBE goal. DBE is subject to Commercially
Useful Function (CUF) requirements. AC Pave­

Riverfront Access Corridors and entryways through the

McCormick Pier parking shed.

State Building Commissioning Project
Deadline: March 22, 1996
The Oregon Department of Energy invites proposals from
qualified individuals and firms to evaluate current building
commissioning activities in state buildings, and to develop a
program to support and enhance building com missioning in
state buildings. No actual building com m issioning work will be
done under this project, except as necessary for training and
demonstration.
The work will involve evaluation of current efforts, program
development, program delivery, planning and project docu­
mentation Interested parties should have experience with
building commissioning, with program developm ent and de­
livery, and with public agencies.
The contract to be awarded under this RFP will be for an initial
period of fourteen months, but may be am ended or extended
to accommodate changes made during developm ent and
im plementation of the program, including, but not limited to,
increased funding for the program.
The contract to be awarded under this RFP will be partially
funded by the Bonneville Power Administration.
