The Oregon Lottery is accepting applications for User Support
Analyst. I he salary is $1,869-$2,371 Monthly, the position is
located in Salem, and there is one current vacancy. Duties
include providing operational support for Lottery staff in the use
of microcomputer hardware and software applications as well as
network and host system access, installing and troubleshooting
microcomputer hardware and software and assisting in the
operation of the Information Systems Help Desk. To qualify you
must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Data
Processing or a closely related field; OR an Associate’s degree
or certificate of completion in Computer Science. Data Process­
ing or closely related field and one year of user support experi­
ence including at least three of the following: a) installing anc
testing microcomputer hardware and software, b) troubleshoot­
ing to resolve microcomputer hardware or software problems, c)
performing microcomputer system and/or network maintenance,

degree or certificate. Preference will be given to applicants with
